The 2 storey 6 classroom NILO Building was constructed on January 2010 under the leadership of Hon. Mayor Danilo O Leyble.
Aus-Aid Building
The 2 storey 4 classroom - Aus-Aid Building was constructed on October 2013 and finished last May of 2014.
ACG Building
The first building constructed in Marcelino Santos National High School was the ACG Building, a 2 stories 4 classroom building, constructed under the administration of Mayor Angelito C. Gatlabayan and occupied way back 2004.
DepEd Building
DepEd Building is a 2 storey 2 classroom building constructed under DPWH Project and occupied for learning on June 2007. Since school year 2012 – 2013, the first floor used as the School Canteen and the second floor as the school library.
School Multi-Purpose Covered Court
The Multi-Purpose Covered Court was constructed on November 2009 under the administration of Mayor Danilo O Leyble.
3 Seater Comfort Rooms
The Four 3-seater with portable hand washing area Comfort Rooms; was constructed under the Wat-San project.
